David Herr and Bill Pentelovitch Recognized as "Litigation Stars" in 2013 Edition of Benchmark Appellate

David Herr and Bill Pentelovitch, partners in Maslon's Litigation Group, have been recognized as "Litigation Stars" in the 2013 edition of Benchmark Appellate, a sister guide to Benchmark Litigation focused exclusively on America's leading appeals litigation firms and attorneys. Benchmark rankings are a culmination of a six-month research period including extensive litigator and client interviews, and examination of recent casework. The guide covers all 12 circuits (the First through the Eleventh and the Washington DC/Supreme Court Circuit) as well as the Federal Circuit.
