Project N95: Pro Bono Counsel Supports Nonprofit Providing Critical PPE to Healthcare Workers in Frontlines of COVID-19
April 3, 2020
In a rapid response to address the critical shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) for medical workers across America serving on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, a group of volunteers across the country joined forces to create Project N95—a dynamic nonprofit organization serving as a national clearinghouse to source crucial suppliers in order to serve healthcare providers at the front lines. Through a coordinated effort with manufacturers and suppliers across the globe, essential supplies are now being delivered to those that need them most.
Maslon was honored to provide pro bono representation to help Project N95 ramp up quickly. Working with the founders, Maslon attorneys Terri Krivosha and Susan Markey provided immediate guidance to help form the venture. The Maslon team continues to offer pro bono counsel on various other items related to the nonprofit's ongoing operations.
Maslon is deeply gratified to play a part in supporting these critical efforts during this daunting time.
