Financial Services attorney Andrew Page has authored a chapter in the 2023 update to the Minnesota Contracts Deskbook, 3rd Edition. The "Contracts in Bankruptcy" chapter provides an overview of bankruptcy law for all practitioners, even those unfamiliar with the subject, and highlights practical considerations and key developments in Eighth Circuit case law concerning the enforcement of contracts and breach of contract claims when one of the contract parties is in bankruptcy.

Drew assists clients through bankruptcy, reorganization, and corporate trust proceedings. He excels at bringing strategic solutions to complex and often contentious matters. Prior to joining Maslon, he was an associate at a large national firm, where he counseled clients in corporate trust, fraudulent transfer, and preference defense matters. He also gained valuable experience serving as a law clerk to the Honorable LaShonda A. Hunt in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, drafting opinions and memoranda on a range of novel issues under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code as well as Subchapter V of Chapter 11, created by the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019.
Drew earned his juris doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
