Our Commitment to AchieveMpls

In celebration of Maslon's 60th anniversary, the firm has made a five-year $60,000 financial commitment to AchieveMpls. The strategic nonprofit partner of Minneapolis Public Schools, AchieveMpls is dedicated to closing the opportunity gap by providing personalized career and college planning resources, work readiness training, on-the-job experience, and professional mentors to help inner-city students become career and college ready.

To further our support, Maslon participates in the STEP-UP Achieve youth employment program through AchieveMpls, providing two paid internships throughout the summer to offer on-the-job experience to students with particular interest in legal careers. In addition, Maslon Partner Brad Pederson serves on the AchieveMpls Board of Directors.

We are proud to play an active role in supporting such an impactful organization. Helping the next generation accomplish their dreams of college, meaningful work, and a bright future is the best investment we can make in our community.
