"If Prince actually had a $300 million estate, you're looking at having to come up with $150 million in 9 months," Susan states.

Susan stated she "doesn't think any of the lawyers involved will 'fan the fire' of any discord among the siblings…," adding "If the siblings can't agree, the personal representative will be going to court a lot."

"The court order being signed today does not mean that Prince actually died intestate," Susan told the Daily News."
