The tickets—accepted by the officer's widow and son—were donated in partnership with the Minnesota State Bar Association's Minnesota Wills for Heroes program with the assistance of theMinnesota Law Enforcement Memorial Association.

David Suchar Appointed to the Steering Committee for the Insurance, Surety & Liens Division of the ABA Forum on Construction Law

David will serve a three-year term on the Steering Committee for the division, which studies developments and trends relating to insurance coverage, surety bonds and liens for the purpose of educating construction industry participants.
