In the afternoon, Mike will present a session titled, "Real Estate Transfers in Estate Administration," that will address specific rules associated with transferring real property. Attendees will learn how to ensure they've properly addressed the most critical component of the conveyance, how to spot and address pre-conveyance issues, and how to complete the conveyance efficiently.
