Jason Lien and Jesse Mondry Publish Series of Litigation-Focused Articles for Inside Counsel Magazine

Jason Lien and Jesse Mondry are publishing a series of six articles for the online version of Inside Counsel magazine. The articles will be featured in the Opinion section of the online magazine every other week from August 1 to October 10, 2013, and will address a broad range of topical litigation issues. Jason Lien is a partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, and an experienced trial lawyer who practices commercial litigation in a wide range of substantive areas, with a special emphasis on litigation involving the construction, real estate, food, and healthcare industries. He has appeared in federal and state court on behalf of food companies, design-build firms, general contractors, architects, specialty contractors, property management companies, real estate owners, and lenders.

Jesse Mondry is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group and practices in the areas of business, tort and product liability, and appellate litigation. Before joining Maslon, Jesse served as a law clerk to the Honorable Myron H. Bright of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Thomas J. Kalitowski of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
