Shauro Bagchi to Join Panel Presentation at Angel Fest Investor Conference in Minneapolis

Shauro Bagchi, a partner in Maslon's Corporate & Securities Group and member of the firm's governance committee, will take part in a panel discussion at the Angel Fest investor conference June 2 in Minneapolis. In the session, titled "Things We Wish We Knew," panelists share lessons learned from their involvement in early-stage investment deals. Shauro will focus his presentation on the legal aspects of early stage investment, both from the perspective of the company and the investor.

Angel Fest is a one-day conference connecting angel investors from Minnesota and the region.

Shauro manages, negotiates, and closes national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. He has extensive experience representing emerging growth companies as well as myriad investor groups—angels, venture capitalists, private equity, and strategic institutional investors. In addition, Shauro provides day-to-day business counseling and related advisory services to his clients, including transaction structuring, technology licensing, and general commercial contract drafting.
