Overview

Kevin Rockwell focuses his estate planning practice on helping individuals and families transfer property from one generation to the next, while minimizing taxes and limiting potential future conflicts. He regularly prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other estate planning documents for clients of all backgrounds and he ensures their unique personal, financial, and charitable goals are met.

After the death of a loved one, Kevin advises trustees and personal representatives with the administration of trusts and estates, including probates in all Minnesota counties, and the preparation of state and federal estate tax returns. When conflicts do arise, he also assists in trust and estate litigation.

Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Creighton University and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn Brown Rosenbaum (Ret.) in Hennepin County District Court.
