Judah co-chairs the Additional Insureds subcommittee of the American Bar Association Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee (ICLC), and has authored numerous articles, deskbook chapters, and CLE presentations on a variety of insurance topics.

Judah also maintains a robust commercial litigation practice spanning multiple industries and forums, ranging from representing investment banking firms in federal appeals, to representing medical device manufacturers in federal and state courts, to litigating putative class actions under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). Judah's pro bono practice includes seeking orders for protection with The Tubman Pro Bono Safety Project and applications for asylum with The Advocates for Human Rights.

In addition to his firm work, Judah has become a mainstay in the legal publishing community, having written articles for Bench & Bar and The Hennepin Lawyer, and been the subject of a recent feature in Minnesota Lawyer. Judah is similarly active in the Twin Cities Jewish legal community, serving on board positions for the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota and the Dakotas (JCRC) and the Twin Cities Cardozo Society. Judah was recently given the Arthur T. Pfefer Memorial Award in recognition of his numerous efforts.

Judah is a cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School, where he served as an editor on the Cornell Law Review and a managing editor of the Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William J. Martini of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
