Bradley L. Yenter

Overview
Bradley Yenter concentrates his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, including public offerings and private placements, and advertising and marketing transactions. He also has extensive experience in real estate matters, having represented mortgage banking clients nationwide in originating, selling, and servicing loan transactions sold to secondary market investors through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.
Bradley received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he served as a senior editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. During law school, he was a research assistant to Dean Robert Vischer and clerked for the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court of the District of Minnesota. Bradley earned his bachelor's degree from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University's only selective undergraduate department.
