Ashley Olson to Present Workshop on Business Formation for LegalCORPS

Corporate & Securities attorney Ashley Olson will present a free workshop for LegalCORPS on Nov. 10 designed for people who are ready to turn their business idea into reality, or who want to take the next step in growing their business through venture capital or financing and need to put their business on paper. In the presentation, "Business Formation/Choice of Entity,” Ashley will discuss the variety of business entities that exist, what type of entity makes sense for different business ventures, and how corporate governance documents can help owners drive their business toward success.

LegalCORPS provides free assistance in non-litigation business law matters to low-income owners of small businesses, small nonprofit organizations, and low-income innovators in Minnesota through the services of volunteer attorneys.
