Ashley Olson Joins Young Professionals Committee of ACG-MN

Maslon is pleased to announce that Corporate & Securities Group attorney Ashley Olson will serve on the Young Professionals Committee of the Association for Corporate Growth – Minnesota chapter (ACG-MN). Ashley is deeply committed to serving the business community and helping to foster new connections within it.

ACG is the nation's premier M&A dealmaking community with a mission of driving middle-market growth. Its global network operates through 59 regional chapters worldwide and comprises more than 100,000 middle-market professionals who invest, own, and advise growing companies.

Ashley demonstrates a passion for advocacy and helping clients achieve their goals. She excels at finding practical and business-forward solutions to complex legal issues by thinking creatively and analytically about her clients' specific needs. Prior to beginning her private practice, Ashley gained valuable experience serving as a law clerk to Hennepin County District Judge Patrick Robben, where she learned how a court analyzes contracts and business transactions. Her background working with a judge informs her business-oriented approach to advising clients. Throughout law school, Ashley clerked at the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office, where she gained hands-on experience working directly with city departments and employees.
