Wayne Moskowitz is a partner in Maslon's Litigation Group. He has more than twenty-five years' experience handling all aspects of complex business litigation, including business torts, contract disputes, and partnership and shareholder disputes. For the past twenty years, Wayne has been representing employers and employees in covenant-not-to-compete and trade secret litigation across the nation.

A former judicial clerk with the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Wayne also has significant appellate experience. Wayne is an Adjunct Associate Professor teaching appellate advocacy at the University of Minnesota Law School, and he teaches legal writing to Maslon's associates.
