Nicole Narotzky, partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, will be part of a panel presentation at the 17th Annual Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference in New York on December 3-5, 2012. The annual conference brings together over 400 leading in-house counsel and drug and medical device litigators to share outstanding networking and benchmarking opportunities, and to hear the latest, cutting-edge litigation strategies. The 2-day event will feature insights from over 70 leading industry speakers, including representatives from over 20 leading pharmaceutical and device companies and a judicial panel of state and federal jurists who will give their input on the latest hot button medical product issues. Nicole will be part of a panel presentation speaking on "Exploring Device Manufacturers' Duty to Train Physicians on the Effective Use of a Particular Device."

Nicole Narotzky specializes in product liability litigation and has successfully defended major medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in federal and state courts throughout the country. She also has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including construction law and intellectual property disputes.
