The first hour of the seminar will include an overview of Minnesota's new Uniform Trust Code legislation and highlights of the new law. The second hour will feature an in-depth discussion of Directed Trusts and how they can be effectively employed in estate and business succession planning as well as detailed discussion on the proposed Minnesota statute with a comparison of that statute to the statutes of other jurisdictions.
