Melissa Muro LaMere Appointed to Board of Minnesota Infinity Project
March 16, 2017

Maslon is pleased to announce that Melissa Muro LaMere, attorney in Maslon's Litigation Group, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Infinity Project. The Infinity Project's mission is to increase the gender diversity of the state and federal bench to ensure the quality of justice in the Eighth Circuit. The Project believes it is necessary to have a bench that reflects the society as a whole so that judicial decisions take into account differing life experiences and points of view.

Melissa focuses her practice on litigation involving non-competition agreements, trade secrets, business torts, and unfair competition and trade practices. She enjoys working with clients to protect their business assets in a competitive marketplace. Melissa serves on the board of directors for the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association, and she is also a member of Maslon's Diversity Committee. Before becoming an attorney, Melissa held various positions in the Office of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar.
