Maslon Welcomes Attorneys Mary Heath and Justin Rose to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Mary Heath and Justin Rose to the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Each will further strengthen Maslon's capabilities in key areas of practice for our clients.

Mary will assist organizations and individuals across a wide variety of industries with business litigation, including corporate, partnership and securities disputes, unfair competition, and general commercial litigation. She graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School where she served as the managing and research editor of the Minnesota Law Review.

Justin will focus his practice on corporate, unfair competition, and general commercial litigation as well as partnership and securities disputes. He assists organizations and individuals across a broad array of industries. Justin graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he was also selected as a recipient of the CALI Award of Excellence, an award given to the highest scoring student in each class at participating law schools.
