Maslon LLP is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Stephanie Willing to the firm's Labor & Employment and Litigation groups. Her experience will further strengthen Maslon's capabilities in key areas of practice for our clients.
Stephanie concentrates her practice on a variety of employment law issues, including hiring, disciplining and terminating employees as well as wage and hour questions. She is well versed in compliance with local drug testing laws under the Minnesota DATWA and in complying with medical marijuana laws. Prior to joining Maslon, Stephanie practiced at a national labor and employment firm as well as a local boutique litigation firm. She graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Oregon School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California (View full bio).
