Maslon Welcomes Attorney Jeremy Sosna to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Jeremy Sosna as a partner in the firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups. His experience will further strengthen Maslon's capabilities in key areas of practice for our clients.

Jeremy is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer with numerous jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals to his credit in state and federal courts throughout the country. Jeremy also counsels businesses in a broad array of complex legal matters, including labor and employment issues, corporate non-compete programs, trade secret/intellectual property protection, M&A due diligence, and implementation of effective corporate ethics and compliance programs. He has particular expertise helping companies design and implement anti-bribery compliance programs under the Foreign Corrupt Practices and other international anticorruption laws, and he has conducted hundreds of internal investigations of financial fraud, anticorruption matters, and other business conduct concerns. For seven years immediately prior to joining Maslon, Jeremy served as chief global labor and employment law counsel for a Fortune 1000 corporation with 10,000 employees in over 25 countries.
