Maslon Firm Elects Three New Partners

The law firm of Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP, is pleased to announce that Susan J. Link, Shawn R. McIntee and R. Christopher Sur have been elected as partners of the firm.

SUSAN J. LINK - Ms. Link practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and tax law. She is a 1986 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago in 1983 with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Philosophy and Theology Prior to joining the firm, she was associated with Popham, Haik, Schnobrich & Kaufman, Ltd.

SHAWN R. McINTEE - Mr. McIntee practices in the areas of commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, technology law, and securities law. Mr. McIntee is a 1994 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. He received his B.S. with honors in Finance and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 1988.

R. CHRISTOPHER SUR - Mr. Sur is a member of the firm's litigation group, serving clients in the areas of commercial litigation and business torts. Mr. Sur is a 1994 cum laude Harvard Law School graduate, where he was the president of Harvard Defenders. Mr. Sur graduated summa cum laude with his B.A. degree in 1989 from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Sur was previously associated with the Minneapolis law firm of Faegre & Benson.
