Leah Fleck is a partner in Maslon's Business & Securities Group. She focuses her practice primarily on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and business counseling. She has considerable experience in public offerings, private placements, public company compliance, and corporate governance. She also assists clients with general commercial matters.

Leah is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where she served on the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, at Harvard University. Prior to joining Maslon, Leah was a corporate associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City.
