Keiko Sugisaka to Serve as Panelist at MDLA Diversity Event

Keiko Sugisaka, partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, will present as part of a Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association Diversity Committee Kickoff Event titled, "Diversity in Practice," on June 4, 2015. Keiko will join a panel of distinguished attorneys from a variety of backgrounds who will speak to the challenges they face in day-to-day practice, challenges in firm recruitment, retention, and advancement as well as the business case for diversity. The MDLA Diversity Committee was created in 2014 with the two-fold mission to promote and achieve greater diversity within the MDLA and its member firms.

Keiko Sugisaka represents clients in state and federal cases nationwide involving medical device products liability defense, intellectual property (patent, trademark, and copyright), trade secret misappropriation, commercial disputes, and business torts, including consolidated and multidistrict litigation, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals.
