Jeremy Sosna's 20-year legal career has been defined by his passion for helping clients solve problems. Whether he is called upon to recommend proactive measures to prevent legal exposure, conduct a critical investigation, develop programs for protecting a client's trade secrets, or represent a client in important employment litigation, Jeremy's clients do not view him as simply a trusted legal advisor, but as a valued business partner. Jeremy's greatest satisfaction is in providing business-minded solutions to legal issues so that clients can focus on achieving business wins, rather than legal headaches.

Jeremy is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer with numerous jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals to his credit. He has extensive experience representing everyone from Fortune 500 publicly traded companies to smaller privately held corporations before state and federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies throughout the country. Jeremy has successfully defended his clients in virtually every type of employment litigation. He also represents employers in labor disputes in arbitrations and hearings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Additionally, Jeremy counsels employers on a broad array of labor and employment law matters, including the hiring process, managing medical leaves of absence, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour issues, and restructuring and reductions-in-force. He also has special expertise in advising executive senior management and Boards of Directors regarding the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and developing effective anticorruption compliance programs. He has conducted hundreds of investigations involving alleged violations of employment laws, the FCPA and international anti-bribery laws, and corporate ethics policies.

For seven years immediately prior to joining Maslon, Jeremy served as chief global labor and employment law counsel for a Fortune 1000 corporation with 10,000 employees in over 25 countries. Jeremy's experience in this role makes him uniquely positioned to understand the challenges multi-national employers face in resolving legal issues and to provide practical, business solutions.
