Jingit, LLC., an innovative start-up that is merging advertising and payments by teaming with brands and retailers to engage and follow consumers through their path to purchase, wanted a proactive legal partner that could help with its legal needs. To achieve its goals, Jingit enlisted Maslon in 2012.
Maslon assembled a team of attorneys, headed by Terri Krivosha and comprised of Paul Chestovich, Shauro Bagchi, and Eran Kahana, to provide a broad range of advice, including developing a financing strategy, unique contract arrangements, regulatory questions, governance, employment matters, and compensation matters. By attending regular board meetings at no cost, the team quarterback, Terri Krivosha, stayed attuned to the needs of the company, enabling Maslon to serve as a valued partner in the company’s development and growth.
Todd Rooke, the Co-CEO of Jingit, had this to say:
I have the utmost confidence in Terri's ability to provide strategic advice and navigate the often unique challenges startups encounter. The fact that she is always available to help is only part of the picture; couple that with knowing how to keep it simple when it can be and when to leverage the complex agreement experience she has a great gift. I'll be bringing Terri in to every one of my ventures.
