Debra Dix is a paralegal in Maslon's Business & Securities Group and Intellectual Property & Technology Counseling Group.

As part of the Business & Securities group, she focuses on compliance, specifically reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including ownership reports, such as Forms 3, 4, and 5 and Schedules 13D and 13G. Debra is also proficient in State Securities filings for the private purchase and sales of securities. She has assisted on numerous public and private offerings of securities, and registration of securities and stock plans. Debra also assists in stock transfer matters, business entity formation, and corporate governance matters.

As part of the Intellectual Property & Technology Counseling Group, she assists with registration, maintenance and renewal of trademarks and copyrights, including analysis of trademark specimens. She also assists with matters concerning opposition and contested trademarks.
